SOM I and SOM II do not have to be taken sequentially.  If you are beginning classes, choose the one whose time is most convenient for you. 

A year of SOM I or SOM II consists of four 8-class units (32 classes in all).  The cost of each unit is $110 ($100 if you have paid your yearly ICSL dues).  There is a $10 per unit fee for registration.  The cost to individuals, holding certificates, who wish to review either SOM I or SOM II is $65 per unit.

FOLLOW UP TO ABUNDANCE WORKSHOP - Presented by Rev. Mary Morgan.  Those of you who attended Rev. Mary's Abundance Workshop on February 7th are invited to attend this follow up to the class, where you can share your experiences in working with the program.

LABYRINTH WALK - Our Church has a portable Labyrinth which is placed in Richelieu Hall on a monthly basis for use by our members and the general public.  Labyrinth walking is an ancient tradition, dating back over 4000 years and spanning many cultures and religions    Christian labyrinths date back to the 4th century.  Walking the labyrinth is a spiritual tool of meditation and prayer, during which the participant surrenders to divine guidance and illumination.   We invite people of all faiths to join us and experience this ancient method of connecting with God. Crafts Group - Ongoing craft projects - The Crafts Group wishes to extend an invitation to any and all interested individuals to join the group.  No craft experience is necessary.  Craft materials are supplied and help and instruction are available if needed.  All you need is a desire to make new friends and share some fun time with other crafters.

Hatha Yoga Classes - Taught by Dorene Coles.  Dorene is one of our regular Sunday ushers and has been teaching yoga in the South Bay for over 12 years.  This class is open to all levels of students.  Yoga is a wonderful discipline for gaining and maintaining health.  Do yourself a favor and stop by one of these classes in Richelieu Hall and be sure to bring your own mat!
